Evamist is a natural, plant based hormone. One spray on my inside forearm is the dose I will take daily for 2 weeks. Then 2 sprays daily for 2 weeks, and 3 sprays daily for 2 weeks last. Then in consultation with the doctor I will decide which dose works best for me.
